Freedom.. in the sense.. of being self determining.. self regulating.. just as everything in nature is self regulating. No need of governments.. leaders.. priests.. or judges to inflicted their often ill-considered ideas on all of us.. but rather.. to trust in the god inside.. to guide us wisely.. but means of God’s Spirit.

A leader.. who is lacking in God’s Spirit.. is a fraud.. and not a leader at all.

"Do you not know that if you keep presenting yourselves to anyone as slaves to obey him, you are slaves of him because you obey him, either of sin with death in view or of obedience with Righteousness in view?" - Romans 6:16

The Seven Spirits of God - Examples

Small and great are there the same, And the slave is set free from his master.

Job 3:19

Thrust your hands out from the height; Set me free and deliver me from the many waters, From the hand of the foreigners. . .

Psalms 144:7

Set me free and deliver me from the hand of the foreigners, whose mouth has spoken what is untrue And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood,

Psalms 144:11

Is not this the fast that I choose? To loosen the fetters of wickedness, to release the bands of the yoke bar, and to send away the crushed ones free, and that you people should tear in two every yoke bar?

Isaiah 58:6

The spirit of the Lord God is upon me, for the reason that God has anointed me to tell good news to the meek ones. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to those taken captive and the wide opening of the eyes even to the prisoners.

Isaiah 61:1

God’s spirit is upon me,  because he anointed me to declare good news to the poor, he sent me forth to preach a release to the captives and a recovery of sight to the blind, to send the crushed ones away with a release.

Luke 4:18

So the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed him, and he opened the scroll and found the place where it was written: "God's spirit is upon me, because he anointed me to declare good news to the poor, he sent me forth to preach a release to the captives and a recovery of sight to the blind, to send the crushed ones away with a release, to preach God's acceptable year."

With that he rolled up the scroll, handed it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were intently fixed upon him. Then he started to say to them: "Today this scripture that you just heard is fulfilled."

Luke 4:17

Continue becoming merciful, just as your Father is merciful. Moreover, stop judging, and you will by no means be judged; and stop condemning, and you will by no means be condemned. Keep on releasing, and you will be released.

Luke 6:36

And so Jesus went on to say to the Jews that had believed him: "If you remain in my word, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." They replied to him: "We are Abraham's offspring and never have we been slaves to anybody. How is it you say, 'You will become free'?"

Jesus answered them: "Most truly I say to you, Every doer of sin is a slave of sin. Moreover, the slave does not remain in the household forever; the son remains forever. Therefore if the Son sets you free, you will be actually free.

John 8:31

Now GOD IS THE SPIRIT; and where the Spirit of God is, there is FREEDOM. And all of us, while we with unveiled faces reflect like mirrors the glory of God, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, exactly as done by God the Spirit.

2Corinthians 3:17

For such freedom Christ set us free. Therefore stand fast, and do not let yourselves be confined again in a yoke of slavery.

Galatians 5:1

But he who peers into the perfect law that belongs to freedom and who persists in it, this man, because he has become, not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, will be happy in his doing it.

James 1:25

And God must become judge, and he must judge between me and you, and he will see and he will conduct the legal case for me and judge me to free me from your hand.

1Samuel 24:15

Set free among the dead themselves, Like slain ones lying in the burial place, whom you have remembered no longer And who have been severed from your own helping hand.

Psalms 88:5

The whole earth has come to rest, has become free of disturbance. People have become cheerful with joyful cries.

Isaiah 14:7

The one stooping in chains will certainly be loosened speedily, that he may not go in death to the pit and that his bread may not be lacking.

Isaiah 51:14

The word that occurred to Jeremiah from Jehovah after King Zedekiah concluded a covenant with all the people who were in Jerusalem to proclaim to them liberty, And you yourselves turn around today and do what is upright in my eyes in proclaiming liberty each one to his companion, and you conclude a covenant before me in the house upon which my name has been called. Therefore this is what God has said, 'You yourselves have not obeyed me in keeping on proclaiming liberty each one to his brother and each one to his companion. Here I am proclaiming to you a liberty,' is the utterance of God, 'to the sword, to the pestilence and to the famine, and I shall certainly give you for a quaking to all the kingdoms of the earth.

Jeremiah 34:8

This is what God has said, 'If it is in my ways that you will walk, and if it is my obligation that you will keep, then also it will be you that will judge my house and also keep my courtyards; and I shall certainly give you free access among these who are standing by.'

Zechariah 3:7

         MORE NEW TESTAMENT EXAMPLES

Do you not know that if you keep presenting yourselves to anyone as slaves to obey him, you are slaves of him because you obey him, either of sin with death in view or of obedience with righteousness in view?

Romans 6:16

Therefore those in union with Christ Jesus have no condemnation. For the law of that spirit which gives life in union with Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. For, there being an incapability on the part of the Law, while it was weak through the flesh, God, by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us who walk, not in accord with the flesh, but in accord with the spirit.

Consequently I reckon that the sufferings of the present season do not amount to anything in comparison with the glory that is going to be revealed in us. For the eager expectation of the creation is waiting for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not by its own will but through him that subjected it, on the basis of hope that the creation itself also will be set free from enslavement to corruption and have the glorious freedom of the children of God. For we know that all creation keeps on groaning together and being in pain together until now. Not only that, but we ourselves also who have the first fruits, namely, the spirit, yes, we ourselves groan within ourselves, while we are earnestly waiting for adoption as sons, the release from our bodies by ransom.

Romans 8:1

….that the creation itself also will be set free from enslavement to corruption and have the glorious freedom of the children of God.

Romans 8:21

For, though I am free from all persons, I have made myself the slave to all, that I may gain the most persons.

1Corinthians 9:19

But because of the false brothers brought in quietly, who sneaked in to spy upon our freedom which we have in union with Christ Jesus, that they might completely enslave us.

Galatians 2:4 1

However, it is fine for you to be zealously sought for in a fine cause at all times, and not only when I am present with you, my little children, with whom I am again in childbirth pains until Christ is formed in you. But I could wish to be present with you just now and to speak in a different way, because I am perplexed over you.

Tell me, you who want to be under law, Do you not hear the Law? For example, it is written that Abraham acquired two sons, one by the servant girl and one by the free woman; but the one by the servant girl was actually born in the manner of flesh, the other by the free woman through a promise.

These things stand as a symbolic drama; for these women mean two covenants, the one from Mount Sinai, which brings forth children for slavery, and which is Hagar. Now this Hagar means Sinai, a mountain in Arabia, and she corresponds with the Jerusalem today, for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother. For it is written: "Be glad, you barren woman who does not give birth; break out and cry aloud, you woman who does not have childbirth pains; for the children of the desolate woman are more numerous than those of her who has the husband."

Now we, brothers, are children belonging to the promise the same as Isaac was. But just as then the one born in the manner of flesh began persecuting the one born in the manner of spirit, so also now. Nevertheless, what does the Scripture say? "Drive out the servant girl and her son, for by no means shall the son of the servant girl be an heir with the son of the free woman. Wherefore, brothers, we are children, not of a servant girl, but of the free woman.

For such freedom Christ set us free. Therefore stand fast, and do not let yourselves be confined again in a yoke of slavery.

Galatians 4:18

You were, of course, called for freedom, brothers; only do not use this freedom as an inducement for the flesh, but through love slave for one another.

Galatians 5:13

Therefore, since the "young children" are sharers of blood and flesh, he also similarly partook of the same things, that through his death he might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil; and that he might emancipate all those who for fear of death were subject to slavery all through their lives.

Hebrews 2:14

Keep on speaking in such a way and keep on doing in such a way as those do who are going to be judged by the law of a free people.

James 2:12

Be as free people, and yet holding your freedom, not as a blind for badness, but as slaves of God.

1Peter 2:16

While they are promising them freedom, they themselves are existing as slaves of corruption. For whoever is overcome by another is enslaved by this one.

2Peter 2:19
